Hello and thank you for your interest, my name is Donna and I have a passion for care and support to enable people to continue independent living in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible.

I have 4 years+ experience and references available as well as all the relevant insurance, first aid, clean driving licence and enhanced DBS check.

I am CDP accredited in Medicines Management and Adult Safeguard Level 2 (with more to follow) and I am able to offer my services as a Micro Provider for Domiciliary Care.

I live in Stoke Sub Hamdon and cover the surrounding areas and include the first 8 miles of travel free of charge.

I am able to advise on and follow a care plan that may include but is not limited to:

• Personal Care
• Companionship
• Meal Prep/Cooking
• Scheduling trips out for appointments, recreation, shopping, etc.
• Admin
• Laundry/Linen
